If you signed up with text alerts and never confirmed your email address, we can email you a link to confirm it. You will need the house number and street of one of your addresses with alerts. Then a cancellation link can come by email.

On a paid plan, cancelling stops all future charges immediately, your current term is not prorated, and all your alerts stop when it ends. To keep free email alerts instead, choose Switch plan on your account page. On the free plan there is nothing to cancel: to stop your free email alerts, choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of any alert email.
